50 Years Later
Last week the nation celebrated the 50th year anniversary of Martin Luther King's "I Have A Dream" speech, and I think it is fair to say that the more things change, the more they stay the same. You would think that as a nation we would have grown in some crucial areas by now, and you would think that in the age of media access like "Facebook", "Youtube" and cell phones with cameras, that we as a nation would be extremely careful of what we say or do that could end up on Facebook or Youtube exposing how we really feel and who we really are. Now if that video doesn't make you feel like you have been teleported back to the 1960's check this one out. Now before any Chicagoans start to think that those kinda things only happen somewhere else take a look at this . It seems to me that as a nation we are going to need another 50.
